18F-FDG PET/CT images of adult pulmonary blastoma: a case report

A 67-year-old man was revealed a right upper lung nodule by accident during a chest CT examination 6 years ago, without any symptoms. The patient did not pay more attention to the pulmonary nodule and received no further treatment. Three years later, the patient presented with chest pain. A Chest contrast-enhanced CT showed a lobulated mass in the upper lobe of the right lung, with mild heterogeneous enhancement, and the upper edge of the mass locally invaded adjacent pleura.
