Zusammenfassung

Aim: In order to emphasize the difficulties of differential diagnosis in front of a focal liver lesion using different imaging methods. Material and methods: We present the case of a 40 year old man without any medical history, who was admitted for the investigation of a hepatic nodule, recently diagnosed at ultrasonography (US), complaining of discomfort in the right upper quadrant.
