Aim: To present the unusual ultrasound features of four breast tumors, in which the included large cystic areas led to difficult differential diagnosis. Material and method: The patients were selected from the patients examined in the Radiology Department of the University Emergency Hospital Cluj-Napoca, in a three years period. All four patients presented at clinical examination extremely large breast masses, mobile on the chest wall.
