Abdominal ultrasound in vesical obstructions in children

Abdominal ultrasound is a the first step in the diagnosis of vesical diseases and reno-urinary system. The vesical obstruction are divided in 2 types: vesical obstuctive uropathy and under vesical obstructive uropathy. The vesical obstructive uropathy are: prostatic utricula, congenital megacyst, ureterocel, neurogene cyst. Acquired uropathy vesical stones, malign vesical lesions. In diagnosing these entities the ultrasound is a very important methode, because is very easy to performand and uninvasive.
