Zusammenfassung

Objektive Computer Networks offer a CTG-Monitoring from one labor ward to the other. So they give us the possibility to monitor concurrent deliveries (parallel births) safely. The objective was to investigate the frequency of such constellations in terms of human resources, patient and network safety. Method 1343 Patients, which is all deliveries in 1 year in our unit, have been monitored by Computer Network and retrospectively evaluated. The overlapping of birth CTGs has been examined. Furthermore all system crashes have been analysed.
