Zusammenfassung

Due to the improved radiotherapy (RT) the incidence of radiation induced brachial plexopathies (RIBP) has significantly decreased. We hereby report a case of a 65 years-old female with late latency of RIBP about twenty years after RT and a clinical syndrome similar to a thoracic outlet syndrome (TOS). A 65 years-old female presented with progressive pain and deficits in the right arm for two years. Burning pain deteriorated by work in arms-elevated posture and by local compression in the right scalenic region. Besides radiogenic dermatosis there was a palsy (MMT: 4/5) of the right elbow flexion, finger streching…
