Endoscopic ultrasound procedures on pancreatic fluid

Pancreatic fluid often appear after acut pancreatitis, or associate with pancreatic neoplasms. Fluid samlpe taking by endoscopic ultrasound guided fine needle biopsy is the gold standart of diganosing malignancy and pseudocysts. Patient and Method: In one year period 269 patient were examined by echoendoscop, 75 of them for pancreatic laesions and in 12 cases the pancreatic flud were punctured.
