Aims: In a former study, we observed that Renal Interlobar Vein (RIV) Impedance Index (VI)–which is the Doppler equivalent of Arterial Resistance Index–was significantly higher in Pre-eclampsia (PE) than in normal pregnancy, and this was mainly true at gestation
