Obstetrical management of breech presentation about 120 cases

Introduction: The mode of delivery in case of breech presentation remains a subject of debate and disagreement due to the significant maternal and fetal morbidity. The aim of our study is to evaluate fetal and maternel prognosis for patients accepted for vaginal delivery of breech presentation.
