Purpose Choroid plexus cysts (CPC) are frequently detected prenatally and are generally considered benign. However, data on their postnatal course, growth dynamics, and clinical relevance are limited. This study investigates the long-term development, growth patterns, and resolution of CPC in newborns and infants.
